The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to Chiropractic College students. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve and their commitment to making an impact in their communities and the profession.
The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship, fully funded by ChiroHealthUSA, was established in honor of President Dr. Ray Foxworth’s parents, Dr. Betty Pace Mathews and Dr. Charles Vernon Mathews. ChiroHealthUSA will award $15,000 to the scholarship recipient and donate $10,000 to the chiropractic college where the student is enrolled.
The application for the next award year will open on September 1, 2025. The application deadline for the 2026 Scholarship is March 30, 2026. The scholarship recipient will be notified by July 1, 2026, and honored at the FCA National Convention in Orlando, Florida.

Scholarship Requirements
- The recipient must remain a full-time student enrolled in a Doctorate of Chiropractic program at an accredited Chiropractic college or university in the U.S. through December 2025, or they shall forfeit the award.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA.
- Recommendation questionnaire completed through the online application portal. Contact listed for recommendation will be sent a link to complete an online questionnaire.
- The recipient must agree to keep the award confidential until it is announced at The FCA National Convention in Orlando, Florida, in August 2025, or they will forfeit it.
- Applicants may not be family members of employees, officers, or owners of ChiroHealthUSA.
